Dear all,

We are pleased to announce the the Asian Turtle Conservation Network (ATCN) website.

Representing a consortium of people and projects working in the region with tortoises and freshwater turtles, the ATCN, and is charged with enhancing the flow and exchange of information, as well as promoting conservation efforts that are underway.

While presently still under development, the website will feature profiles of major conservation projects involving turtles, an on-line field guide, regular news updates, and a library of documents, reports, resources, and papers that can be downloaded as needed.

The Asian Turtle Conservation Network (ATCN) is a non-profit consortium of people, projects and institutions committed to tackling the Asian turtle crisis. This website was established in 2003 to help develop and promote turtle conservation efforts in nine Asian states. These states are Cambodia, China, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam.

To post a message to all the list members, send email to atc@anu.edu.au.

You can subscribe to the list, or change your existing subscription, in the sections below.

Subscribing to atc

Subscribe to atc by filling out the following form. You will be sent email requesting confirmation, to prevent others from gratuitously subscribing you. Once confirmation is received, your request will be held for approval by the list moderator. You will be notified of the moderator's decision by email. This is also a private list, which means that the list of members is not available to non-members.
