Environment in Viet Nam and the Region enviro-vlc is a world-wide forum for exchange of scholarly and factual information on the environment of Viet Nam, Lao PDR and Cambodia. As such, enviro-vlc is a general environment-related list which promotes professional communication on a wide range of issues relevant to this sub-region. Subscribers are encouraged to post messages to this list and engage in active discussion with other subscribers. You are also encouraged to help us develop other email lists on specific issues which may further assist you in your own specialty area. Our intention in creating this list is that it will be one of several ways to enhance communication among developent professionals. We expect it to change. We hope that other organisations will create their own lists or work with us to redesign evnoro-vlc. We expect the beneficial mutation of this forum into a took that can be even more serviceable to the development community. We are also keen to promote the establishment of listserves within the sub-region in order to give development workers here more control over their communications resources. So, please introduce enviro-vlc to others and send your comments for improvement. Using enviro-vlc

Subscribing to enviro-vlc
Subscribe to enviro-vlc by filling out the following form. You will be sent email requesting confirmation, to prevent others from gratuitously subscribing you. This is a private list, which means that the list of members is not available to non-members. (Note that this is an umbrella list, intended to have only other mailing lists as members. Among other things, this means that your confirmation request will be sent to the `-owner' account for your address.)
