Hunger Eradication and Poverty Reduction Discussion for Viet Nam hepr-vn is a world-wide forum for exchange of scholarly and factual information on education relevant to Viet Nam. ince problems and issues are shared regionally, don't limit contributions to issues about Viet Nam alone. Most important, since hepr-vn is read in Viet Nam, it should help Vietnamese scientists with opportunities and contacts outside Viet Nam. These can include: * personal or institutional introductions, * scholarships, fellowships or sources or research funding, * notices of conferences and seminars. Please introduce hepr-vn to others. Subscribing to hepr-vn
