Vet Asia

Vet-Asia was established to provide a resource for people working with turtles in Asia that would benefit from consulting expert veterinarians with experience and knowledge in turtle medicine. Specifically, the list is geared toward those working on conservation-focused projects, in rescue centers and zoos, or working with assurance populations of turtles that may have questions relating to the proper treatment and health care of turtles in captivity. As Vet Asia is monitored by trained veterinarians, animal husbandry and captive management questions that do not relate to health and treatment of turtles, should not be posted on the list.

The list is moderated by the Asian Turtle Conservation Network (ATCN), based in Hanoi, Vietnam.

To see the collection of prior postings to the list, visit the vet-asia Archives. (The current archive is only available to the list members.)
