This is used for regular discussion and planning for the ANU Zero Emissions Society. Discussion List etiquette: * There are enough members on this list that anything you say can be considered equivalent to saying it in public. Personal comments can be easily misunderstood in emails. * This list is not a sounding pit for every piece of news or every link to do with climate change. Only send things that are directly relavant to something the society can do or should know. Just think before sending. ^_^ * If you want to send an email to one or two members and it's not important for the whole group, just send it to them. * To make it easier for everyone to keep track, write a meaningful subject if you can. * Instead of sending 3 small emails, try to put them all in one - it's easier for everyone else. Consider getting all of the information everyone else needs before sending an email. Keep this stuff in mind and the list will work great. Be aware as you subscribe that this list can easily carry 10-30 emails a week and is generally for active members of the group to collaborate. You can reduce inbox clogging by subscribing to the digest format, which sends you all of the day's messages in a single email at midnight. Using ZeroES.discuss
To post a message to all the list members, send email to zeroes.discuss@anu.edu.au. You can subscribe to the list, or change your existing subscription, in the sections below.
Subscribing to ZeroES.discuss
Subscribe to ZeroES.discuss by filling out the following form. You will be sent email requesting confirmation, to prevent others from gratuitously subscribing you. This is a private list, which means that the list of members is not available to non-members. Your email address:   Your name (optional):   You may enter a privacy password below. This provides only mild security, but should prevent others from messing with your subscription. Do not use a valuable password as it will occasionally be emailed back to you in cleartext. If you choose not to enter a password, one will be automatically generated for you, and it will be sent to you once you've confirmed your subscription.
