Civic and 15 minutes from the ANU. The room is unfurnished except for a 
huge built-in-robe. The apartment is fully furnished (TV, dishwasher, 
fridge and front load washing machine) and has reverse-air conditioning. 
Indoor car space included. Available from 1 September 2007 .
Rent: 200$/week. Bond: 660$. It would suit a visiting scholar.
