Furnished room available in O'Connor (30 Aug 07 - 13 Jul 08)

    * A great furnished bedroom for $150/week - the room comes with a
      double bed, desk, wardrobe and shelves.
    * Very close to O'Connor shops, less than 10 min cycle to ANU/15 min
      to Civic. Buses available from the shops.
    * The house is fully furnished and includes a modern kitchen with
      gas stoves, a combined living and dining area, a semi-outside
      recreation room with a table tennis facility, a well maintained
      backyard, two bathrooms (you can mostly use one of them as your
      own), a lock up garage, gas heating in each room.
    * Everything you need is here: kitchen utensils, beddings etc (but
      bring your own if you like)
    * Electricity, gas, phone and internet bills to share, and the water
      bill and gardening costs are covered by the owner. The solar power
      system produces most of hot water in summer to reduce electricity
      costs.
    * The house is to be shared with two PhD students.
    * 4 weeks bond required.
