Ainslie.  The room is actually part of a self-contained granny flat with
the only other small room in the flat presently being used for storage.
The occupant will also have access to the kitchen and lounge in the main
house which are shared with three others.  The room is available from
now until the end of January but possibly longer term.  Rent is $160
p/w.
