[Anthropgrad] Guest lecture to first year anthropology students

        Each year in ANTH1003 I attempt to introduce the first year
anthropology students to the range of research being done by
anthropologists. I would like to do the same again during this second
semester. Would any post fieldwork postgrad students who would like to
talk for about twenty minutes to the first year class about your
research interests please contact me. Unfortunately we cannot offer any
pay for this, but it is a good opportunity to get experience in
lecturing, and it will look good on your CV. The lecture time is on
Wednesday at 1.30pm. I would like to frame the talks in terms of "What
would an anthropologist think about (a key question/ issue)? What
concerns students at this early stage is to identify what is particular
about an anthropological approach.
