REED COLLEGE.  Department of Anthropology seeks one-year Visiting 
Assistant Professor in cultural anthropology beginning August 2008. 
Candidate will teach five courses and advise three or four senior thesis

students.   Theoretical, topical, and geographic areas open, excluding 
United States.  Evidence of prior teaching and research excellence 
required. Candidates should have familiarity both with contemporary 
theoretical issues and with disciplinary history.  ABD acceptable.
