[Anthropgrad] Looking for accommodation

I'm coming to ANU to teach from mid-March and the rest of 2008. Thought I
might have accommodation but it didn't work out, so I'm looking for a
place to rent from mid-March. One person, looking for a one or two bedroom
place, preferably furnished, or could share, if it's not too cramped. I'm
tidy and responsible, can give references.

If anybody needs house-sitting for part of the year, please also let me know!

I could also do a house-swap with anybody who plans to be in Central
Australia/Alice Springs during 2008.
