Looking for mature, considerate people to establish a friendly
household*

A postgraduate couple are renting a great big house and are looking for
several lovely people to share from the end of February.

The house is very large (2 storey), modern and comfortable with air
conditioning, central heating, wireless broadband and a large garden. It

is an 8 bedroom house with 3 bathrooms, 2 lounge areas and a huge
kitchen.

There several rooms available: single rooms are $170 to $180/week
(depending on room size), and there is also one double room (suitable
for a couple) for $250/week. Electricity, gas and internet are included
in the rent. Minimum period is 1 semester, bond is 4 weeks rent.

The entire house is fully furnished, including the bedrooms (bed,
mattress, bedside table and lamp, desk, reading light, adjustable chair,

wardrobe etc), and the kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and

utensils. There is even a piano and a ping-pong table!

The house is right across the road from the ANU in Turner, about 2
minutes walk from campus. Buses to Civic, Dickson and Belconnen stop
just outside.
