Dear colleagues and friends (apologies for cross-postings),

My semester teaching Religion, Ritual and Cosmology in Archaeology and
Anthropology is over, and I have taken up a position as Postdoctoral
Fellow in the Centre of Southeast Asian Studies at the Monash Asia
Institute.

I am very excited about working at Monash. I have got some great
colleagues and the seminar presentations have been very informative.

Nevertheless, I feel nostalgic--teaching for one semester at ANU has
been a highlight of my life. I was quite thrilled by the interaction
with staff and students during the semester. I honestly felt excited
every time I came to campus!

I will be a frequent visitor to Canberra, so I hope to maintain contact
with you, but for the meantime, I would like to say thank you for making
the period so memorable,

Nick.
