  This is a fantastic deal, a cozy 2 bedroom garden flat in Ainslie, very convenient to the bus stop and shops. A very safe and serene area. $170/week per person covers electricity, water and heat. Phone costs to be shared ($15/month per person for plan plus calls). 
   
  Each bedroom has a bed, desk, wardrobe and electric radiator heater. Flat is fully outfitted with washing machine, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, TV, fridge, stove/oven, vacuum cleaner, iron, kitchenware, linens and furniture. Nothing needed. 
   
  Within 5 minutes walk to nearest bus stop to City Interchange, (bus takes 13 minutes to Interchange). 22 minute bike ride from house to ANU campus. Several minutes walk to Ainslie shops (supermarket, pharmacy, ATM etc). Within three minutes walk to Mount Ainslie Nature Reserve with walking/running/biking trails and wildlife. Landlords live next door, are extremely nice and respond immediately to any problems/repairs.
