Looking for 2 mature, sociable and clean people to join a friendly postgrad/professional household
A large household of postgrad students and young professionals is seeking two people to replace our housemates who are returning overseas after graduation. The household currently consists of 5 girls and 4 guys (ages 24-37) from Europe, Australia, Asia and the US, plus a friendly cat. The house is right across the road from the ANU in Turner, about 2 minutes walk from campus, and 10 mins walk to Civic. Buses to the city, Dickson and Belconnen stop just outside. 
The house is very large (2 storey), modern and comfortable with central heating and cooling, wireless broadband and a large attractive garden. It is an 8 bedroom house with 3 bathrooms, 2 lounge areas and a huge kitchen. The entire house is fully furnished, including the bedrooms (bed, mattress, bedside table and lamp, desk, reading light, adjustable chair, wardrobe etc, even coathangers!), and the kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and utensils. There is even a piano and a ping-pong table. 
There are two rooms available from early January, both are downstairs and share a recently renovated bathroom with bath, and a separate toilet. One room costs $190/week and the other costs $220/week for 1 person, or $250/week for a couple (it's quite large). All bills except phone are included in the rent. Bond is 2 weeks rent. 
To join our household you'll need to be sociable, easy going and happy to live with people from a wide range of cultures and backgrounds. You should also be VERY clean and tidy and not afraid of housework (we all share the chores).
