To share with 3 x 20-somethings: 1 guy (public servant and student), 2
girls (PhD students). 
The house is fully furnished with an amazing kitchen, spacious lounge
room and large garden, polished floorboards and shed for storage. 
You only need to furnish your own bedroom, although there are several
matrices in our garage that could be borrowed. Room has inbuilt
cupboard. 
There is ducted heating and a gas fireplace.

The location is amazing. Right beside a bikepath and bus station. Only
20mins walk to Civic/ANU or 10mins bike-ride. Easy walk to O'Connor and
Lynham shops.

Room is available from the 1st of April until probably the middle of the
year (when we have been told the owners may want to move back).
