[ANUBC] Sapphire Coast Congress and Spring Congress

[ANU Bridge Club Announcements List]

Hi everyone,

Just some information about some events that will be occuring in the next
month.

*Sapphire Coast Congress
Sep 10-12 - on the Sapphire Coast (Merimbula)

*The organisers at the Sapphire Coast Congress have expressed and interest
in having members of ANU Bridge Club attend their congress.
ANUBC players will have  the opportunity to have a trip to the coast and
play a congress at drastically subsidised rates. Arrangements have not
yet been made due to the uncertainty of numbers, so an early expression of
interest would be appreciated. Please send your expressions of interest
to anubridgeclub at gmail.com for more details so that accomodation, transport
and entries can be managed.

*Canberra Bridge Club Spring Congress
Sep 17-19 at Canberra Bridge Club (Deakin)

*The annual Spring Congress is on at Canberra Bridge Club. There are three
events - the Champagne Pairs (Fri), the Butler Pairs (Sat) and the Teams
(Sun).
Again, if interest is expressed by members of ANU Bridge Club we will
arrange for pairs to play Friday or Saturday and if enough people are
interested in the
Teams on Sunday. This will be a fun event, especially the Friday for
students....

*Thursday Bridge

*Bridge is still on on Thursdays from 1-2. Please come along to learn,
improve or just play for fun.
