Dear All,

ANUgreen will be undertaking a tree planting day on Friday 22nd October at Spring Valley Farm, Uriarra Rd, Weston. This 197 hectare property is managed by the ANU as a research station and is also a grazing property. ANU green has received funding from the Federal Government to undertake a riparian revegetation project, which will involve planting about 2.5 kilometres of fenceline with native species. We obtained the trees as part of the Greenfleet program, whereby the ANU plants trees to offset the emissions from its car fleet.
