Dear subscribers,

It's that time of the year again to wish you all on your merry way as you head off to develop new plans to combat world poverty, organise the transition from fossil fuels to clean energy, cure the common cold, explore remote parts of this incredible planet or simply spend time with your loved ones.  Before you go off to do all of this, it's imperative that you take the time to read one more inspiring SLC Newsletter which may just help you on your way to accomplishing all of this.

In this last edition of 2012 there are international internship opportunities up for grabs in high biodiversity areas in Panama, congratulatory messages to the slow food movement and their accomplishments this year with their highly praised cookbook Helpings,  a welcome to new staff in the SLC and around the campus sustainability community as well as much, much more. Just open the attachment for all your regional sustainability reading pleasure.

Congratulations to all of you who have been involved, active and inspired in this community which is working towards a more sustainable campus and beyond.  Next year is going to be an absolutely massive year in terms of what we set out to achieve and how we go about getting there, so get your eco-thinking caps (I hear that Todae are stocking some marvellous bamboo fibre caps for this purpose), your networks strengthened and your action boots ready for the new year....
