Hi Jessica,
Rober Galloway actually says in 7.1 that copy for the next issue (Bill Boyd's first as editor) should be with Bill  on the 30th of November 1989. Which gave him little time remaining in 1989 to have a 7.2. He finished it in March 1990 as 8.1

I have 7(1) and 8(1), and nothing between.

7(1) was Bob Galloway's last issue as editor, and 8(1) was the first issue  edited by Bill Boyd.

So maybe there was never a 7(2)!
