>The State, Society and Governance in Melanesia 
>Program (SSGM) offers a PhD scholarship for a 
>citizen of one of the Pacific Island 
>Countries.  The aim of this scholarship is to

>scholar from the Pacific region to work on 
>topics of interest to the SSGM under one of the following three broad areas,
