The Australia-Netherlands Research Collaboration invites applications from =
individuals currently enrolled in a PhD program at an Australian university=
, who are researching Southeast Asia. Funding is available for students to =
conduct specific, defined tasks in the Netherlands related to their PhD. Th=
ese tasks could include fieldwork, consulting an archive or library, engagi=
ng in language or disciplinary study, or consulting academic experts. PhD p=
rojects should address topics related to the humanities or social sciences.=
Funds will cover economy class return travel between Australia and the Net=
herlands plus a living allowance for a period of between one and six months=
. The research must occur within the term of the PhD enrolment, and take pl=
ace in the period 2010 =96 June, 2012. Up to four Fellowships will be offer=
ed in this round.
