<div class="">I’m going to be there as part of the MBO - so having a bit of distance between the conference and the launch of the TLSA proceedings doc, is probably sensible re separating my professional and academic hats. </div>

<div class="">Steve Bracks and I are planning to be in Dili week starting 18 July when things are quieter, for meetings on various governance and MBO related matters - any chance that coincides with your conference?</div>
