Refreshments will be served from 5.30 pm on the 9th Floor Room 901. Dr Helen Hill of Dili will be a discussant and the seminar will be opened to contributions from the floor, the meeting will be chaired by the Hon Jean Mclean, chair of AETA.</div>

<div>The date chosen for this seminar is the day the options of the Timorese President to call an early election will be broadened and there will be a lot of debate in Dili that day. Timorese in Melbourne are particularly invied to attend and give their views during the discussion period.</div>
