<p style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0">Here is a report on a project that has been ongoing for more than 1.5 decades.</p>
<p style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0"><br>

<p style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0">The latest "Crocodile" book on the geology and palaeontology of TL in Bahasa brings the translations of this little book by Ramos-Horta and Vickers-Rich up to 20 different languages, including Tetun, Portuguese, Spanish,
 Tamil, Nepalese, Slovenian, Russian, Hebrew, German, Frernch, English, Chinese, Arabic, Nepalese, Bengali, etc. and 3 other Mother Tongues (Baikeno, Bunak, Fataluku) with more hoped for in future.</p>
<p style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0"><br>

<p style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0">I hope some of this might be of use for the Digest.  We now have 4 permanent exhbiitions that we monitor in TL, one large one at the Xanana Gusmao Cultural Centre and a big dinosaur skeleton at the President's Offices,
 both in Dili.  Two regional exhibitions are in place in Aileu (managed by the Aileu Library, the Friends of Aileu and the Maryknoll Sisters) and another in Baucau (managed by the Selisian Brothers).  The salary for our main curator, based at the Xanana Gusmao
 Cultural Centre is provided in part by UNESCO Nat Com and private donations and it would be of help if a permanent salary could be put in place in the future - this would be no more than $5000 annually.</p>
