current scholarly research on Timor-Leste. The ASAA biennial conference is the largest regular gathering of Asia scholars in the Southern hemisphere. It’ll be a great opportunity for us to increase the profile of our research, of Timor-Leste, and the TLSA.

duration each. Panels will be constructed from abstracts received and submitted to the ASAA by the 1 November closing date. Please note that presenters can only present one paper during the conference, but they can act as discussant and chair on other panels.
Unfortunately, the TLSA and the ASAA cannot provide any funding for travel and registration.</span></div>
