[enviro-vlc] National Consultants: Vietnam Conservation Fund

Dear Vern, colleagues.
I'm developing a long-list of potential national consultant's for the  
Vietnam Conservation Fund (VCF).  As a sub-component of the Forest  
Sector Development Project, the fund works with eligible Protected  
Area Management Boards to conserve biodiversity of global significance  
in Vietnam's Northern, Central and Southern regions.

Via the Fund, SUF Management Boards awarded grants are/will have  
specific requests in areas including:

	Conservation management; Capacity building; biodiversity inventory  
and monitoring; PRAs; Natural resource use surveys; co-management;  
Benefit-sharing 			mechanisms; communication skills; public awareness  
raising; GIS and mapping skills; camera trapping; PES; REDD  
potentials; NRM planning; Community-based 		forest management; law  
enforcement and ranger training; operational management planning, and;  
other and related areas.

If/as you are aware of national consultants in the above areas, could  
you kindly forward their:

		-Name

		-Area of Expertise, and

             	-Contact information.

(*CVs are not requested at this point).

I will include names sent to me in the VCF Secretariat long-list of  
consultants, that protected areas with specific requests for expertise  
might contact them directly.
