Four international organizations with a long record of water conservation have 
partnered to produce a comprehensive reference for water and wetland managers. 
With input from several experts around the world, the "Wetland Management 
Planning - a Guide for Site Managers"  deals with several pragmatic aspects: 
building trust, participation, and capacity; assessing wetlands values; setting 
achievable objectives and much more.
