From: Richard Rastall <r.rastall at frr.co.uk>

I would be extremely grateful if you could post this call for
consultants on the environment and poverty list servers. It is a
general call for international and national consultants to support
ongoing projects and for the development of future
opportunities/projects in the Natural Resources and Social Development
Sectors in the region. We are also seeking to recruit full-time
national (Vietnamese) and international staff for the firm in areas
identified in the advert.

Interested individuals should send a covering email introducing
themselves and in what capacity they would like to be considered (eg.
only for short-term contracts as associates/consultants or whether they
are also interested in being considered as candidates for full time
staff consultant positions). On the basis of CVs received, we will
contact candidates accordingly and for candidates looking for
longer-term involvement with us, we will conduct a short-listing process
and invite suitable candidates to interview.
