We are pleased to advise that the final document in UNDP’s series of
papers on the Bali Action Plan negotiations is now posted at:

Plan: Key Issues in the Negotiations – Summary for Policy Makers/”
comprises a brief background to the Bali Action Plan and summaries of
our six thematic background briefing documents (on mitigation,
adaptation, technology transfer and deployment, financing, LULUCF, and
national policies).

French-language versions of all documents will be made available later
this week, with Spanish, Russian, Arabic and Chinese versions to follow.
The documents were prepared under a UNDP Environment & Energy Group
project, “Capacity Development for Policy Makers to Address Climate
Change”, with funding from the United Nations Foundation and the
governments of Norway and Finland.
