I am Tomas Jonsson, CTA of Flitch (ADB MARD forestry project in the Cent 
Highlands). Flitch is looking for a national consultant to work full-time with 
commune development fund / revolving fund / micro credits 12 months in Central 
Highlands. The assignment will start mid-November. If this network can help
