Consultants (Beyond WTO – FPA)

The Project “Financial Policy Analysis for Human Development” VIE/03/010 (PFA) 
is being implemented by the Ministry of Finance with the United Nations 
Development Programme (UNDP)’s grant and the counter fund of Viet Nam’s state 
budget. The objective of the Project is to strengthen efficiency of financial 
policy analysis and formulation works for the purpose of human development and 
social equality.

This short-term national consultants has been created with a view to assist 
Ministry of Finance in analysis and assessment of the impact of free trade of 
good under the ACFTA on Viet Nam’s economy, as further described in the Terms of 
Reference (TOR-ACFTA), and in drafting the action plan of MOF for the 
implementation of the Beyond WTO Programme, as further described in the Terms of 
Reference (TOR-BWTO).

Attached are the Terms of Reference for ACFTA-FPA and the Terms of Reference for 
BWTO.

All interested candidates are invited to send an application letter, a completed 
UN Personal History form (download Form P11) in English or an updated resume, 
and copies of relevant academic degree(s), indicating clearly “Application for 
national Consultant, ACFTA – FPA OR Beyond WTO – FPA”, to the address below.
