The Project “MARD Macro Management – Support to the Public Administration Reform 
programme in the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development” is looking for a 
qualified candidate for the position of Public Administration Reform (PAR) 
Specialist.

This project aims at facilitating the ongoing reform process to strengthen the 
capacities of MARD for policy formulation and the management of public service 
delivery. The ultimate objective of the project is to ensure sustainable 
agricultural and rural development in the context of Viet Nam’s integration with 
the global economy.

This position is created to provide technical inputs to PMU during the coming 
months and to advise on the integration of the Project objectives and activities 
with the National PAR Master Plan and MARD’s PAR Action Plan for 2008-2010 with 
the view to improving the Project’s capacities and effectiveness and better 
supervising the outcomes and outputs and intended activities of the Project.
