Senior Technical Advisor (STA) – MARD Macro Management Project

The Project “MARD Macro Management – Support to the Public Administration Reform 
Programme in the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development” is looking for a 
Senior Technical Advisor.

This project aims at facilitating the ongoing reform process to strengthen the 
capacities of MARD for policy formulation and the management of public service 
delivery. The ultimate objective of the project is to ensure sustainable 
agricultural and rural development in the context of Viet Nam’s integration with 
the global economy.

The Senior Technical Advisor position is created to support the MARD to provide 
pro-active advice and assistance to the Project Management on overall strategy 
and implementation of the project as further described in the Job Description (JD).
