The Project “MARD Macro Management – Support to the Public Administration Reform 
programme in the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development” is looking for a 
qualified candidate for the position of National Project Manager.This position 
has been created for day-to-day management of the Project Management Unit (PMU) 
as further described in the Job Description (JD).

Attached is the Job Description for the assignment.

The Project aims at facilitating the ongoing reform process to strengthen the 
capacities of MARD for policy formulation and the management of public service 
delivery. The ultimate objective of the project is to ensure sustainable 
agricultural and rural development in the context of Vietnam’s integration with 
the global economy. The Project was officially approved by the Prime Minister on 
30th July 2007. The Project is implemented for 54 months, starting from 1 
September 2007 and anticipated to end by February 2012
