Request for proposal for the provision of a research paper on university legal 
education in Vietnam

UNDP Vietnam seeks proposals from qualified international individual consultant 
to conduct the research paper on university legal education in Vietnam.

The overall objective of the research is to analyse the current state of 
development of university legal education in Viet Nam, in order to establish a 
‘baseline’ which will ground recommendations as to the need and viability for 
further development cooperation, and as to the form and content for possible 
future donor support.

The selection will be based on a competitive basis and will comply with UNDP 
procurement regulations. It is expected that the assignment will be conducted 
from July 2009 for an estimated period of 6 months.
