Dear Vern & Colleagues

Just to clarify my earlier request to contact international scholarship recipients.

I am referring to Vietnamese nationals studying abroad on international 
scholarships (rather than internationals coming to Vietnam ).
I’d also be interested in hearing from any current NGO staff considering 
applying for scholarships in the near future to study overseas.
