Madame Nguyen Thi Oanh.   We will all miss this brave and committed woman who taught us so much about never giving up in the face of challenges.  I have known her for nearly twenty years and treasure all of the too-short moments we have spent talking about the development of social work in Viet Nam, and especially about her remarkable life.  She was a valued partner in HIV/AIDS work, too.  I am grateful for this article and the small photo of her in it.  The importance of her work cannot be underestimated and we will continue to honor her in the years to come.
 
Thank you for sharing this article.  I had not heard of her death.  My sympathy to her family and friends.   We are all better for having known her.
