*Catholic Relief Services Viet Nam is seeking an international consultant.*

Catholic Relief Services is looking to hire an individual to work from
June to August to write a training manual to support government staff
over seeing the work of Children infected or Affected By HIV-AIDS
(CABA).  This manual will be done with the *Ministry of Labor, War
Invalids and Social Affairs, UNICEF and CRS.*

No travel is needed for this consultancy – work can be done at a
distance if needed.
