program for HIV issue Advocacy Initiatives administered by CARE VN. This
program is to support the self-help groups/club of people living or
affected by HIV in Hanoi, Quang Ninh and HCMC develop and implement
their advocacy initiatives in their communities in order to reduce the
stigma and discrimination and improve the well-being of PLHIV. The
details are presented in the attached Announcement of the small grant
program.
