[health-vn] question re resources for suicide prevention

Hi. I appreciate any information you have on this:

Is there are suicide prevention service for anyone in general or for
particular groups in Viet Nam? Say if we know someone who is thinking about
killing him/herself, is there a service we can connect the person to, a
number to call...? And in general what resources are there for suicide
prevention?
