*RECRUIT ANNOUNCEMENT – SENIOR PERSONNEL IN SOCIAL WORK*





The Research and Training Centre for Community Development (RTCCD) is a
local research institution based in Hanoi and has been in operation since
1996. It’s main office is based in Hanoi. RTCCD focuses on research,
innovative models, and policy advocacy in the areas of mental health,
maternal and child health, social work, and health system development.



RTCCD is looking to recruit 1 senior position in the field of Social Work.
Position details and skill requirements are described below.



*Type of work:*   Full time for 1 year (with possibility of extension).



*Location:*          This position will be based in Hanoi with travel to
regional project sites as required.



*Benefits:*           Competitive remuneration package commensurate with
qualifications and experience.



*Duties: *

·         Design curriculum in social work and mental health, community
health, community development.

·         Conduct training for social workers at commune/district and
provincial levels in the field of social work and mental health.

·         Work with international experts in design and training.

·         Liaise with governmental and provincial partners for project
development and implementation.

·         Participate in research in the areas of mental health and social
work.



*Selection criteria:*

·         Hold Master or Doctoral degree  in social work. Having experience
in psychology is highly advantaged.

·         Have at least three years experience working in the field.

·         Have good English skills.

·         Have good communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Able to work effectively within a team and meet project
deadlines.
