[hepr-vn] Administrativa: Failure of FPT email services

Dear colleagues,

In the last days, there has been a major problem with email accounts with
fpt.vn addresses. Mail is being rejected from several email lists from
ANU and NGO Centre mailing lists. Additionally, some private mails are
being rejected by FPT.

We would like to warn you that this is happening and that users should
complain to FPT directly. Please advise users with FPT services in
case they cannot receive this message.
