An Expose of National Teaching Development Grant Projects

* Are you interested in university teaching?
* Would you like to see demonstrations of innovative teaching projects?
* Are you interested in ideas about good practice in university teaching?
* Are you interested in university teaching?
* Would you like to see demonstrations of innovative teaching projects?
* Are you interested in ideas about good practice in university teaching?
* Would you like to discuss your ideas with other university teachers?
* Are you considering applying for a CAUT National Teaching Development
Project in 1995?

The aims of the Workshop are to:
* Examine how the 1994 National Teaching Development Projects
from Victoria and Tasmania contribute to the improvement of teaching and
learning in their institutions.
* Develop the potential for transfer of the work of the projects to new
settings.

Each of the 1994 CAUT National Teaching Development Projects will be
showcased at the workshop.  There will be opportunities to discuss the
further development of these projects and their transfer to new settings
and different disciplines.

The registration cost of attendance at the full two-day Workshop is $140.
This charge includes:
* All the printed materials associated with the Workshop (orientation
material and proceedings)
* Meals, including two morning teas, two afternoon teas, two lunches,
conference dinner and Expo refreshments
* Transport between RMIT and La Trobe campuses both ways.

Accommodation
A limited number of rooms are available at La Trobe University.  Rooms with
breakfast  are available at $38 per night.

Expo costs
The costing for the Expo only, including wine and cheeses, is $10 per head.
