The American Evaluation Association and the Canadian Evaluation Society
are jointly holding their annual conference in Vancouver, October 31 to
November 5, 1995.  The conference is titled "Evaluation for a New
Century: a Global Perspective."  The cental themes of the conference are
global issues, evaluation lessons learned, and the changing face of
