Gender and the MBA
Can anyone help with references to journal articles, reports or other
information about gender and the MBA. Our MBA people are doing some
research and are interested in recruitment and retention of women
students in their programme, as their percentage of women students is
continuing to fall.
The usual database searches etc. have yielded only three items (plus a
great deal of literature on women actually in management positions,
rather than women as students in the discipline of management). We
are not sure whether this is because there is nothing there, or
because the way in which we are using the databases is not yielding
results.
Any help would be gratefully accepted.
