David Warren Piper at the Southampton Institute in England has posted this
notice:



Southampton Institute (UK South Coast) has decided to create a new Academic
Development Service and will soon be looking for some-one to head it (at a
Dean's salary) and perhaps some academic staff too. It may well be that the
advertising when it appears will give short dead lines for overseas people.
