Mentoring - international collaboration

Dear Colleagues

A Canadian colleague recently wrote to me saying the following:

"I am writing to ask if you or other faculty & administrators would be
interested in doing some "international collaborating" on mentoring
projects. I've been working on a
mentoring project to help boost retention rates of new nursing graduates
in the workforce. I'm presently developing a mentorship course by
distance ed (preparing
experienced nurses to mentor new grads), but my interests are varied.
I'd like to work with others to get a more global perspective on
mentoring - it's applications for faculty
development, students, and other groups. "
