Looking for an educational and faculty development position in a
beautiful setting?

Lincoln University (just outside of Christchurch, NZ) is looking for a
new consultant to join its Teaching and Learning Services team.  
The Teaching and Learning Consultant  will consult with individuals 
and groups of academic staff  on effective practice.  He or she will
assist with the development and selection of appropriate curriculum
materials and instructional and assessment strategies.   

Appointment to this position may be made at a senior level. 

The successful candidate will likely have: 
+ a relevant tertiary qualification (preferably to postgraduate
+ level); a strong background in educational research, modern 
pedagogical methods, and the evaluation of teaching, learning and
educational programmes; 
+ knowledge of and experience with WWW-based and web- 
supported instructional methods; 
+ excellent presentation, problem-solving, oral and written 
communication skills; 
+knowledge of the tertiary sector and environmental issues.
