Centre for Higher Education Quality
The Centre for Higher Education Quality (CHEQ) has responsibility for
leading and coordinating quality assurance and improvement in all areas of
Monash University operations.  This includes the areas of: academic
programmes, research and research training, and support services.  CHEQ also
has responsibility for coordinating the University¹s response to Australian
and international quality audits.

Quality Adviser Academic Programmes (Senior Lecturer/Lecturer)

You will have responsibility for supporting the development, implementation
monitoring and review of quality processes for academic programmes,
including teaching, learning and assessment,across all faculties and
operations of the University.

You will have: a postgraduate qualification, preferably PhD; sound knowledge
of quality assurance and improvement in the area of teaching and learning;
excellent written and oral communication skills, team work skills and the
ability to work with people from all levels of the organisation.
  
This is a full-time fixed term (3 years) position, in the first instance,
located at the Clayton Campus and in the Lecturer / Senior Lecturer salary
range (Lecturer $52,881 - $62,797; Senior Lecturer $64,779 - $74,695).

Evaluations Manager (HEW Level 6)

You will have responsibility for managing the team responsible for the
administration and processing of evaluations used in all areas of the
university including teaching and learning, research and research training,
and support services.

You will have a tertiary qualification and excellent organisational ability,
time management, process tracking skills,  interpersonal and IT skills.  .
You will have a Œcustomer¹ service focus,  team building skills and be able
to interact with staff from all levels of the University.

This is a full-time fixed term (3 year) position, in the first instance,
based at the Clayton Campus and in salary range $43,013 - $46,426  (HEW
Level 6).
